Returns and Refunds

The 60-day guarantee

Train with the JAWFORGE trainer for 60 days. If your jaw does not feel measurably stronger, email us through the contact page and we refund you in full.

You keep the trainer. We are not asking anyone to post silicone that has been in their mouth back through the mail, and we are not going to pretend we would resell it.

How to claim

Email us with your order number and one line about what happened. That is the whole process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. No return shipment required.

Unopened returns

If you simply changed your mind and the product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You cover return shipping in that case. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept unsealed returns, which is exactly why the 60-day guarantee above does not ask for one.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full if the order has not shipped. After it ships, the guarantee above applies instead.

What is not covered

Normal wear. Silicone softens with daily use and needs replacing roughly every three to four months. That is the product working, not the product failing.
