Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If you're outside the US, checkout won't be able to quote you a rate — we're sorry, and we'd rather say so plainly than take an order we can't fulfil.
How long it takes
Orders normally arrive 15–30 days after you place them. That covers 1–3 business days for us to process the order and the rest in transit.
We know that's longer than you may be used to. Our stock ships directly from the manufacturer rather than a domestic warehouse, which is what keeps the prices where they are. If you need something quickly, this probably isn't the right shop for that order, and we'd rather you knew before you paid.
What it costs
- Standard — $8.00
- Standard — free on orders of $70 or more
- Express — $15.00
Rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating, and it's normal for it to sit quiet for a stretch while the parcel is in transit.
Delays
Customs, weather and peak periods can push delivery beyond the usual window. If your order passes 40 days with no delivery, email ecamacho.bizz@gmail.com and we'll resend or refund it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect, we can refund the item but not the shipping cost.
