Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Green Haven ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and include the item only; shipping is calculated at checkout. We try to keep the site accurate, but listings may occasionally contain errors in price, description or availability. Where an error is obvious, we're not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price, and we'll contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Photographs are illustrative; colours can vary between screens and measurements may differ slightly from those stated. Where a product is a deterrent or decorative item rather than a functional device, this is stated on the product page and you should not rely on it for security, safety or life-safety purposes.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or scraping content at a scale that affects other users.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and original images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
