Shipping Policy

Cost

Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum, no threshold, no surprise line item at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Typical delivery to the US is 15 to 30 days from the day you order. That window is longer than a warehouse brand because we ship direct from the manufacturer instead of marking the product up to pay for domestic storage. We would rather be honest about the wait than quietly charge you $30 more for it.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel moves. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show its first scan, which is normal and not a sign anything has gone wrong.

If it does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the order date, contact us through the contact page and we will refund you in full. You do not need to chase the carrier and you do not need to argue with us about it.

Wrong or damaged items

If what arrives is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Your choice, not ours.

Addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot redirect it.

International

We currently ship within the United States only.
